Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia, Inc. (TMMWV) is Toyota’s only combined engine and transmission plant in North America. Additionally, it is the only Toyota manufacturing plant in North America to produce hybrid transaxles.
The $2 billion facility employs approximately 2,200 team members under a nearly two million square foot facility. The plant has invested more than $10 million dollars in various local philanthropic and educational initiatives over the past two decades.

Now Hiring - Skilled Maintenance Team Members
Full Time Skilled Maintenance Team Members are hired directly into Toyota West Virginia.
  • ​​​​Starting pay rate: $33.00-$44.20/hr, depending on education and experience
  • 1.50/hr Shift premium for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shifts
  • Wage review every 6 months
  • Potential bonus payout 2 times per year
  • Must be willing to work any shift

2+ years of industrial hands-on experience OR relevant degree in one or more of the following is required: Electricity, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, PLCs in a Manufacturing Environment, Mechanical Drives, CNC Operations, Machine Tool Practices.

Production Team Members
Full Time Production Team Members are hired directly into Toyota West Virginia- No Experience Required. Training Provided!
  • ​​​​Starting pay rate: $21.75-$35.88/hr
  • $1.50/hr Shift premium for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shifts
 

You will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties which include but are not limited to:

  • Standing and walking at least 8 hours per day
  • Perform repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
  • Moderate lifting up of 20 pounds unassisted
  • Safely use air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
  • Work with small vehicle components
