Full-Time Maintenance Team Members
The primary responsibility of this role is preventative maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Starting pay rate: $35.90-$47.10/hr, depending on education and experience
  • Quarterly attendance bonus
  • Rotating shift hours: 1st: 5:30 am-2:00 pm; 2nd: 1:30 pm-10:00 pm; 3rd: 9:30 pm-6:00 am, to include Saturday overtime.

Requirements: Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical knowledge, trouble shooting and technical skills (PLCs, Hydraulic/ Pneumatic, Motor Control, Mechanical Drives).

Full-Time Production Team Members 
Full-time Production team member are hired directly into Toyota Texas - No Experience Required. Training Provided!

  • ​​​​​​Starting pay rate: $22.50/hr
  • $0.80/hr Shift premium 
  • Pay increases every 6 months
  • Potential bonus payout 2x/year

Production Positions Include:
 
Assembly - Quick and efficient work following standardized procedures within specific timeframes

Machining - Constant focus, using cutting-edge machines & robotics to manufacture components

Conveyance - Deliver raw materials and components to production lines & transport finished goods to shipping docks

You will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties which include, but are not limited to:
  • Standing and walking at least 8 hours per day
  • Performing repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
  • Moderate lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted
  • Safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
  • Working with small vehicle components
