Wages:
  • Starting Pay: $23.00/hr
  • $0.80/hr Rotation Premium 
  • 4 Year Grow-In
  • Top Out: $36.73/hr
  • Bi-annual Company Bonus

Production Positions Include:
Press, Weld, Paint, Assembly, Quality Control, and Conveyance

You will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties which include, but are not limited to:
  • Standing and walking at least 10 hours per day
  • Performing repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
  • Moderate lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted
  • Safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
  • Working with small vehicle components

Requirements

Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical knowledge, trouble shooting and technical skills (PLCs, Hydraulic/ Pneumatic, Motor Control, Mechanical Drives)

Preferred candidates will have Associates Degree (or higher) in Industrial Maintenance or Advanced Manufacturing Technology.
