Starting now, full-time Production team member are hired directly into Toyota Alabama - No Experience Required. Training Provided!

Wages:
  • ​​​​Pay Range: $24.00 - $37.56/hr
  • $0.80/hr Rotation Premium 
  • Wage Review every 6 months
  • Potential Bonus Payout 2X/yr

Production Positions Include: Assembly - Quick and efficient work following standardized procedures within specific timeframes

Machining - Constant focus, using cutting-edge machines & robotics to manufacture components

Conveyance - Deliver raw materials and components to production lines & transport finished goods to shipping docks

You will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties which include, but are not limited to:
  • Standing and walking at least 8 hours per day
  • Performing repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
  • Moderate lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted
  • Safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
  • Working with small vehicle components

Requirements

Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical knowledge, trouble shooting and technical skills (PLCs, Hydraulic/ Pneumatic, Motor Control, Mechanical Drives)

 

Preferred candidates will have Associates Degree (or higher) in Industrial Maintenance or Advanced Manufacturing Technology.
