Production Engineering Manufacturing Center (PEMC)

Headquartered at the PEMC in Georgetown, KY, Production Engineering's dynamic team of nearly 2,000 team members are spread across North America, leading production planning for Toyota's manufacturing sites.

Toyota Production Engineers imagine, design, plan and build the processes, assembly lines, machines, and factories that bring Toyota products to life. Our production engineers develop facilities and workplaces with an intentional focus on team member safety, the environment, harmony with nature, and sustainability.

Also located at the PEMC is Production Engineering’s Manufacturing Project Innovation Center (MPIC). The MPIC team focuses on coordinating manufacturing innovation regionally and with global partners, developing technologies required for competitiveness, electrification, and carbon neutrality and fostering an innovation culture within production engineering and manufacturing.
