The Marketing Analytics team is responsible for delivering reports, analyses, and recommendations to guide TFS Customer and Dealer Marketing initiatives. This team leads analytics with a consultative approach, supporting management of ongoing operations, improvements and new initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing projects and collaborating with stakeholders & business partners to identify opportunities, develop a Marketing analytics plan, define & develop data sources, deliver analytics & recommendations, influence decision makers, guide implementation, and assess performance of Marketing initiatives.
The Risk Management team is responsible for forecasting and managing the credit and residual value risks associated with the company’s lending activities.

The Credit Risk team at TFSB (Toyota Financial Savings Bank) utilizes advanced analytics tools to identify, quantify and communicate risk to the Bank Leadership team.
Our team’s work is critical to preparing the Bank to support the launch of new business initiatives. We do this by building a range of dashboards monitoring the credit risk KPI’s for both the consumer and commercial portfolios.
